Frequently asked questions

Are my conversations transferred?

No. The import covers memory and preferences, not your chat history. You carry over what the other assistant had retained about you, not your conversations.

Can I remove information before importing?

Yes, and you should. That is what the review step is for: read the export and strip anything sensitive or out of date before sending it.

What happens if two exports contradict each other?

Is this data used to train models?

No. Imported content is only used to personalise your assistant. It trains no model and is passed to no third party for commercial purposes.
