Dalenda is a trade name operated by the company JAIDO (SAS, RCS Mulhouse 102 235 819). The controller responsible for processing cookies is the company JAIDO.
The purpose of this Cookie Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") is to inform users (hereinafter the "User" or "you") of the dalenda.ai website about the use of cookies and trackers placed during browsing.

- jaido_csrf — Protection against CSRF attacks. Duration: session. Issuer: JAIDO (first party).
- jaido_cookie_consent — Storage of the cookie consent choice. Duration: 6 months. Issuer: JAIDO (first party).
- jaido_lang — Storage of the display language. Duration: 12 months. Issuer: JAIDO (first party).
- oauth_state — Security of the OAuth flow (Google, Microsoft, Apple). Duration: 10 minutes. Issuer: JAIDO (first party).
3.2 Audience measurement cookies (subject to consent, unless compliant with CNIL exemptions)
These cookies make it possible to measure website traffic, analyze page performance, and improve the service. JAIDO uses an audience measurement tool configured to comply with the exemptions defined by the CNIL (IP anonymization, no cross-referencing with other processing, retention limited to 13 months).
- _pk_id / _pk_ses — Anonymized audience measurement (Matomo). Duration: 13 months max. Issuer: JAIDO via Matomo.
3.3 Functional cookies (subject to consent)
These cookies make it possible to personalize your experience and offer advanced features. They are placed only after obtaining your consent.
- Storage of personalized display preferences (dark/light theme, layout, etc.).
- Saving the context of the last AI Agents used to facilitate resumption.
3.4 Absence of advertising and social media cookies
JAIDO places NO advertising cookie, NO social media cookie (Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn share buttons, etc.), and NO commercial profiling cookie on its dalenda.ai website. No third-party cookie tracks your browsing on other websites from dalenda.ai.
4. Collection and management of your consent
4.1 Consent banner
On your first visit to dalenda.ai, a cookie management banner allows you to:
- Accept all cookies (click on "Accept all").
- Refuse all optional cookies (click on "Refuse all" — with visibility equivalent to the "Accept all" button, in accordance with the CNIL's recommendations).
